Acceptance

By using Workbook Tools you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Lawful and authorized use

You may use the service only lawfully and only with workbooks you are authorized to process. Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse engineer the service.

Your files and outputs

You remain responsible for source workbooks, permissions, accuracy, backups, filters, and exported CSV or JSON. Check outputs before relying on them.

Availability and changes

The service may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn without guarantee. We may suspend access that threatens the service or violates these terms.

Intellectual property

You retain rights in your files. Ship It! Software Limited and its licensors retain rights in the service, interface, and underlying software.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. It is not a substitute for professional advice or a validated data workflow.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ship It! Software Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Termination, privacy, and governing law

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict misuse. Our Privacy policy explains data handling. These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and we may update them by posting a revised date.
