Ship It! Software Limited operates Workbook Tools. This policy covers this standalone website.

Local workbook processing

Workbook contents, file names, sheet names, columns, cells, filters, and exports are processed in your browser. They are not sent to our application servers. Pages, scripts, styles, policies, favicons, and other site assets still travel through our hosting infrastructure.

Ordinary web request data

Our hosting provider may process network information such as IP address, browser details, requested path, timestamps, and security signals to deliver and protect the site.

Purposes, cookies, and analytics

We use ordinary request data to serve, secure, troubleshoot, and understand aggregate reliability. Workbook Tools does not currently set analytics cookies or collect workbook-content analytics.

Service providers and retention

Cloudflare hosts and protects this site and may retain request and security logs under its own controls. We retain operational information only as long as reasonably needed for security, reliability, and legal obligations.

Security and choices

Browser-local processing reduces exposure but no software is risk-free. You may avoid processing sensitive workbooks, clear site data in your browser, or stop using the service.
