Desktop Excel Editor
The desktop app writes a fresh value-only XLSX file. It does not preserve formulas, styles, macros, charts, or unsupported metadata. Keep the source workbook until you have checked the saved output.
Workbook MCP
Reconnect the exact resource shown on the MCP page and confirm the authorized Loam workspace contains the imported tables. This product cannot see local files merely opened in the browser or desktop app.
